in these days lots of vegetables are availabale in the market. we should enjoy it in different way.so try this Crunchy vegetabale
Ingrdients
1) carrot fine long cutting(2 inch pieces)1/2 cup
2)yukini same long cutting=1 serving spoon
3)beans same long cutting=1/2 cup
4)cauli flower  same=1/2 cup
5)tofu same cutting long cubes=1/2 cup
6)casicum same=1/2 cup
7)potatoes same way=1/2 cup
8)honey=1rice spoon
9) salt to taste
10)lemon juice=1 rice spoon
11)black pepper=1/2 tea spoon
12) olive oil=1 rice spoon
Method
1)boil the peas and keep a side
2)steam the allvegetabales till crunchy
3)in a pan put oil add garlic paste stir it
4)add vegetables,add black pepper
5)add honey and salt
ready to serve

Healthy wheat chocolate cake



Ingredients
1)      whole wheat atta(flour)]=1 big  cup
2)      butter=150 gm
3)      coco powde1/2 cup
4)      sugar=1 cup
5)      baking powder=1and half tea spoon
6)      bicrbonate=1/2 spoon
7)      vanilla essence= few drops
8)      salt= pinch
9)      eggs=2
10)   milk as per consistency of cake material
11)  curd=1tea spoon
For decoration
1)grated chocolate=1 cup
2)jems as required
Method
1)mix all the ingredients in the mixer or food processor properly
2)put the paste in the greased tin and keep in the pre heated oven
3)bake it at170 degree for 40 to 45minutes
4)when u see its ready
5)allow it to cool down to room temprature
6)take out in the serving dish garnsh with grated chocolate and jems
Tip
When u make cakes mix all the ingredients in the mixer
.story  behind this tip is firstly i use to make cakes with measurements, then i realized that it isthe  consistency of the material which matter .So i found the easy way to make the cakes

Delicious soya chunks with peas



 In these days onion are expensive my tip to all of u use grated apple or paste instead of onion.for tasty gravy

Ingredients
1)Soya mini chunks=1cup
2)peas=1cup
3)tomato paste=1serving spoon
4)ginger paste 1 rice spoon
5) apple paste=1cup
6)salt to taste
7)turmeric=1/2 spoon
8)grinded clove=pinch of
9)cinnamon grinded=pinch of
FOR TADKA
1)grinded dry coriander=1rice spoon
2)Deghi mirch=totaste
3)roosted grinded jeera=1 tea spoon
4)oil=1rice spoon
METHOD
Put all the ingredients in the cooker
Keep on the gas for 1 whistle
Slow the gas for 2 mintes
Switch off the gas
Put oil in the pan
Keeponthe gas
Add coriander,lal mirch stir it ,add roosted jeera
Mix with the vegetable properly
Garnish with very fine chopped coriander
Serve hot

Low cal delicious oat meal  basin snack
Ingredients
1)1  cup=basin
2)oatmeal=1 cup
3)curd=2cup
4)garlic=8 piece
5)salt to taste
6)amchoor(dry mango)=pinch
7) water=1/2 cup
8)green mirch to taste
9)eno=1 tea spoon
For tadka
1)oil=1 rice spoon
very fine chopped basil,coriander and curry patta
Method
1)mix all the ingredients in the mixer
2)put the mixture in the greased microwave tray
3) cook it in the micro for 7 minutes
4) when it comes at the room
temperature
5)cut into pieces as u like
7)in non stick pan put oil and keep on the gas
8)add chopped basil and currypatta
9)finaly add pieces stir it till very light brown
Serve hot with green or red chutney

Delicious urd dal with apple gravy



 I keep on experimenting new recipes. In these days apples are plenty and affordable in the market. I tried urd dal with my secret recipe using apple gravy and want to share with u.
Delicious urd dal with apple gravy
1)urd dhuli dal(without skin)=1 cup
2)Apple grated=1/2 cup
3)curd=1/.2 cup
4)garlic paste=1 tea spoon
5)ginger paste=1 tea spoon
6)tomatoes chopped=1 serving spoon
7)jeera=1 tea spoon
8)curry patta=6 to 8 pattas
9)salt to taste
10)degi mirch to taste
11)turmeric=1/2 spoon
12)refined oil=1 serving spoon
For garnish
1)chopped coriander=1 spoon
2)basil very fine chopped=1 tea spoon
Method
1)grind curd and tomato, keep a side
2)put oil in the cooker and keep on the gas
3)add jeera and grinded dry coriander. Saute till light brown
.4) add grated apple ,ginger , garlic and all dry masalas,
5) then add  grinded curd tomatoes, stir it
6)then add dal with 1 cup of water
7)cook for 1 whistle
8)wait till the steam is over

9)add rosted grinded jeera  and stir it properly
10)garnish with coriander and basil
serve hot
Note u can make any vegetable with chopped apple or gravy

Delicious healthy basen and oatmeal laddoos



these laddoos are very healthy, easy to make and tasty to eat
Ingrdients
1)basen=1 cup
2)oatmeal=1 cup
3)sugar=1cup
4)green elaichi powde=1/4 teaspoon
5)ghee or olive oil=2 serving spoon
6)crushed almonde=1serving spoon
7)kashmiri kaiser=3 to4 petals
Method
1)make thick syrup of sugar and keep a side. dissolve the kaiser when the sugar syrup becomes  luke warm.
2)put oil in the kadhai and keep on the gas
3)add basen stir it till very light brown
4)add oatmeal and almonds stir it and switch off the gas
5)when its luke warm add syrup mix ,it properly

6)its ready , now u can make ladoos

this soup is very healthy in monsoon and winter, very good to protect from cold,  fresh turmeric and basil are also very useful ,so must have it
if fresh turmeric is not available can use regular turmeric
INGREDIENTS
1) garic paste=2rice spoon
2)ginger paste=1 rice spoon
3)fresh tutmeric grated=1 tea spoon
4)salt to taste
5)milk=3 cups
6)water=1 cup
7) very fine chopped coriander=1rice spoon
8)basil very fine chopped=1rice spoon
Method
1)put oil in the pan and keep on the gas
2) when its hot add garlic and ginger ,stir it
3) add tumeric again stir it
4) add water and milk
5) boil it and stir it for awhile  then switch off the gas
6)add salt
now its ready to serve
serve in the soup bowls
garnish with coriander and basil
serve hot

Delicious bottlegourd with channa dal

Ingredients
1)Bottlegourd chopped=500 gm
2)channa dal=100gm
3)onion roughly chopped=2(medium size)
4)peeled garlic as it is=1rice spoon
5)salt to taste
6)roosted dry coriander=1 rice spoon
For tadka
1)oil=1 tea spoon
2)jeera=1 tea spoon
3) tomatto paste=1serving spoon
4)amchoor=1 tea spoon

5)lal mirch to taste

Method

Pur all the ingredients in the cooker with 1 cup water and keep on the gas
After one whistle slow the gas for 10 minutes. Otherside  put oil in the pan andkeep on the gas add jeera ,when its light brown add paste, amchoor and mirch ,cook for 2 minutes
When the steam settles stir it properly and mix the tadka properly
Put in the serving bowl
Garnish with coriander and roasted jeera
Serve hot

1) boiled plain simple corn=2 cup
2)garlic=1 rice spoon
3)very fine chopped onion=2 rice spoon
4)palak chopped=2 rice spoon
5)basen=1 rice spoon=
6)corn flour=1 rice spoon
7)suji=1rice spoon
8)green chilli=1 (for flaver)
9)very fine chopped green coriander=2 rice spoon
10)curry patta=7 to 10
11)salt to taste
12)curd- 1 spoon
13)dry mango powder=1 tea spoon
14)oil== 4 tea spoon
15)suji=1 tea spoon
grind corn,curd,currypatta,green mirch,garlic,palak,sal ,tlal.mirch dry mango powderand some water together
put it in the bowl, and then mix all the left ingredients properly
keep non stick tawa or pan on the gas grease the tawa when its hot slow the gas ,and pour  one serving spoon batter  on the tawa and spread it in round shape
cook it from the bothside and serve hot with green chutney.

Yum haryali raita
Ingredients
1)well beated curd=400 gm
2)very fine chopped palak=1serving spoon
3)mashed boil palakpaste=1 rice spoon
4)very fine chopped green onion=100gm
5)garlic and green mirch paste ½ tea spoon
6)salt to taste
FOR SPRINKLE
7)rosted jeera=1/2 tea spoon
8)black peper=1/2 tea spoon(roughly crushed)
method
mix all the ingredients in the curd mix it very well ,put in the serving bowl and sprinkle the rosted jeera and black pepper and garnish with fine chopped palak leaves. Serve cold .

Delicious methi curd nutri granules(low cal)




INGREDIENTS

1)granules=2 cup(soaked)

2)fine chopped Methi=1cup

3)very fine chopped onion=1 cup

4)garlic paste=1 tea spoon

5)ginger very fine chopped=1 rice spoon

6)skimmed hung curd=1 cup

7)tomattoes =2 medium size (paste)

8)roughly grinded coriander=1 rice spoon

9)Deghi mirch=to taste

10)salt to taste

11)oil=1 rice spoon

For garnish

Chopped spring onion=1 serving spoon

METHOD


put oil in a pan, keep on the gas

When it gets properly heated ,add methi and coriander ,stir it till light brown

Add onion stir it again ,then add curd tomatto paste,mirch stir it, then add nutri granules stir and cover for 5 minutes on slow gas.

Now its ready to serve

Garnish with spring onion

easy way to cook low cal baked pottatoes capsicums


INGREDIENTS
1)capsicums=4(medium size) each capsicum cut horizentaly into 3 pieces
2)boiled potatoes=4(mashed)
3)amchoor=1tea spoon
4)garlic paste=1 tea spoon
5)red chilly powder=to taste
6)coriander powder=1tea spoon(roughly grinded)
7)salt to taste
8)basen =2 rice spoon
9)oil=2 tea spoon
10)onion rings (round shape)
METHOd
Sauté onion rings in I spoon oil for 1 to 2 minute and keep aside
Put potatoes in the bowl mix all the masalas and mix it very fine ,then fill in the every piece of capsicum and ,roll in the basen and put in the oily baking dish and keep in the otg for 10 to 15 minutes in 220 temprature, when its lite brown garnish with onions and sauce .serve hot.

1)green garlic fine chopped=2 serving spoon

2)sarson sag fine chopped=500gm

3)cabbage chopped=250 gm

4)dry red chillies (roughly grinded)to taste

5)salt to taste

6)musteard oil= 1rice spoon

7)dry roughly grinded roosted coriander

Method

Put oil in the krahi and keep on the flame when its steaming hot, add garlic

Stir it till light brown

Then add sarson , cabbage mirch(chili) and coriander

Stir it cover it for 1to 2 minute

when it becomes fully dry,its ready to serve
