Delicious healthy green garlic,cabbage and sarson sag  bhujia
Ingrdients
1)green garlic fine chopped=2 serving spoon
2)sarson sag fine chopped=500gm
3)cabbage chopped=250 gm
4)dry red chillies (roughly grinded)to taste
5)salt to taste
6)musteard oil= 1rice spoon
7)dry roughly grinded roosted coriander
Method
Put oil in the krahi and keep on the flame when its steaming hot, add garlic
Stir it till light brown
Then add sarson , cabbage mirch(chili) and coriander
Stir it  cover it for 1to 2 minute
when it becomes fully dry,its ready to serve
