these laddoos are very healthy, easy to make and tasty to eat
Ingrdients
1)basen=1 cup
2)oatmeal=1 cup
3)sugar=1cup
4)green elaichi powde=1/4 teaspoon
5)ghee or olive oil=2 serving spoon
6)crushed almonde=1serving spoon
7)kashmiri kaiser=3 to4 petals
Method
1)make thick syrup of sugar and keep a side. dissolve the
kaiser when the sugar syrup becomes luke
warm.
2)put oil in the kadhai and keep on the gas
3)add basen stir it till very light brown
4)add oatmeal and almonds stir it and switch off the gas
5)when its luke warm add syrup mix ,it properly
6)its ready , now u can make ladoos
