Useful tips
1)instead of onion u can use tomatoes with ginger paste
2)can use rosted basen with curd or tomattoes(paste)
3)can use rosted vegetable paste in the same vegetable curry
4)in shahi paneer u can make curry with small quantity of paneer,ginger with curd or tomattoes with cream or thick milk

garlic soup

garlic soup
1)GALIC PASTE=1RICE SPOON
2)MILK=1CUP
3)WATER=1CUP
4)SALT TO TASTE
5)PINCH OF BLACK PEPPER
6)BUTTER=1TEA SPOON
METHOD
IN A PAN PUT BUTTER AND KEEP ON THE GAS WHEN BUTTER MELT PROPERLY THEN PUT GARLIC, STIR IT THEN PUT WATER AND AFTER 1 MINUTE PUT MILK LEAVE THE SOUP TILL BOIL THEN STIR IT AND SWITCH OFF THE GAS THEN PUT SALT AND PEPPER SERVE HOT.
NOTE=THIS IS VERY GOOD IN THE WINTER

healthy kathi roll

Ingredients
1)multy grain atta=130 gm(dough or 1 cup)
2)milk
3)salt to taste
4)carrot fine chopped=1 rice spoon
4)very fne chopped onion=1 tea spoon
6)boiled potato mashed=1rice spoon
7)paneer mashed=1 rice spoon
8)beens very fine chopped=1 rice spoon
9)peas=1 rice spoon
10)soya granules soked=1 rice spoon
11)amchoor=1 tea spoon
12)butter=1 rice spoon
13)oil
Method
Make roud chappati by applying oil and keep aside
Then keep a pan on the gas put oil, then add onion till brown then add carrot and peas when its soft then add all the ingredients stir properly switch off the gas .fill the vegitable in the chappati make the roll and keep in the sandwitch maker when its light brown cut into 2 pieces and serve hot with green chutney.

Method

PUT ALL the ingedients in the big bowl (except oil and sooji) and mix well then make cutlets any shape u like , roll in the bread karams and fry or shallow fry it till brown ,serve hot with green chutney.

Yum haryali raita
Ingredients
1)well beated curd=400 gm
2)very fine chopped palak=1serving spoon
3)mashed boil palakpaste=1 rice spoon
4)very fine chopped green onion=100gm
5)garlic and green mirch paste ½ tea spoon
6)salt to taste
FOR SPRINKLE
7)rosted jeera=1/2 tea spoon
8)black peper=1/2 tea spoon(roughly crushed)
method
mix all the ingredients in the curd mix it very well ,put in the serving bowl and sprinkle the rosted jeera and black pepper and garnish with coriander leaves. Serve cold .

Ingredients for the base

1)whole wheat atta=1 cup(medium)
2)grinded rosted channa atta=2 tea spoon
3)curd ½ cup
4)milk=i1/2 cup
5)oilive oil=1 rice spoon
6)eno sache=1
7)garlic paste=1teaspoon
8)pinch of salt
9)water if needed
method
in a bowl put all the ingredients and mix very well(it should be like cake batter)
then put in the round container (which can be use in the microw)
cook it for five minutes in the microw
when it become cool take it out and put in the baking dish and keep a side

Mushroom pickle
Ingredients
1)mash rooms chopped=1kg
2)gingerpaste=2 rice spoon
3)garlic paste=2 rice spoon
4)tamarind pulp=1 rice spoon
5)vinager=1 medium cup
6)jaggery=100gm
7)salt to taste
8)red chilly to taste
9)long 5 in nos(grinded)

11)black cardamom 5 in nos (grinded)
12)mustard oil=100gm
Method
1)Wash the mashrooms and put salt on it keep in the strainer for 1 hour
2)drain the water and dry under fan for 10 minutes
3)put oil in the kadhai and keep on the gas ,when its hot put mashrooms stir it properly
4)add all the ingredients and stir it on the full flame,when oil separatts itself switch off the gas
now the very yum pickle is ready to eat ,when its cold put in the container

5)flatten the ball devide in to 4 parts (with knife)

method
put oil in a pan and keep on the gas then add, jeera ,sarson and then add onion ,when its brown add tomato pury ,petha ,mirch ,haldi,sugar and dry mango powder stir properly (it should be on the high flame)when u see there is no or less water in the petha ,slow the gas and add salt and cover it, when its gets cooked stir it very well and serve in the serving bowl,put dry methyl and serve with poori,parantha and chapati

low cal healthy panjiree(three in one)

Ingredients
1)Alsi=100gm
2)walnut=150gm
3)Almonds=150 gm
4)Pista=150gm
5)oliveoil=300gm
6)oatmeal=250gm
7)wheat flakes=250gm
8)jaggery=to taste
9)khaskhas=150 gm
10)roasted channa=200 gm
11)grinded cardamon=1 spoon
METHOD
WASH ALSI and allow to dry in the sun,then roast it and
grind the alsi,oat meal,wheat flaks, khaskhas ,channa and
roughly grinded almonds,pista and walnut(u can roast the dry fruit also) put in the bowl,add jaggery and oliveoil,mix all the ingredients properly.
panjiree is ready to eat.keep in the container.
Note= u can use this mixture as muesli without olive oil
2)and u can make pinni also with olive oil
its very  healthy Alsi  reduses the cholesterol level  and other ingredients very nutricious.

ingrdients

2)chocolate sauce=1/2 cup
3)walnut=1 serving spoon
4)sugar or sugarfree= as u like
5)white rice poha=1/2 cup

method
add poha inthe boiling milk and stir it when it thickens,swtich off the gas,add rosted or as its walnut stir it and kep in the freezer for 10 minutes then pour the chocolate sauce on it and keep in the fridge .
serve chilled
