healthy kathi roll

Ingredients
1)multy grain atta=130 gm(dough or 1 cup)
2)milk
3)salt to taste
4)carrot fine chopped=1 rice spoon
4)very fne chopped onion=1 tea spoon
6)boiled potato mashed=1rice spoon
7)paneer mashed=1 rice spoon
8)beens very fine chopped=1 rice spoon
9)peas=1 rice spoon
10)soya granules soked=1 rice spoon
11)amchoor=1 tea spoon
12)butter=1 rice spoon
13)oil
Method
Make roud chappati by applying oil and keep aside
Then keep a pan on the gas put oil, then add onion till brown then add carrot and peas when its soft then add all the ingredients stir properly switch off the gas .fill the vegitable in the chappati make the roll and keep in the sandwitch maker when its light brown cut into 2 pieces and serve hot with green chutney.
