easy way to cook low cal baked pottatoes capsicums


INGREDIENTS
1)capsicums=4(medium size) each capsicum cut horizentaly into 3 pieces
2)boiled potatoes=4(mashed)
3)amchoor=1tea spoon
4)garlic paste=1 tea spoon
5)red chilly powder=to taste
6)coriander powder=1tea spoon(roughly grinded)
7)salt to taste
8)basen =2 rice spoon
9)oil=2 tea spoon
10)onion rings (round shape)
METHOd
Sauté onion rings in I spoon oil for 1 to 2 minute and keep aside
Put potatoes in the bowl mix all the masalas and mix it very fine ,then fill in the every piece of capsicum and ,roll in the basen and put in the oily baking dish and keep in the otg for 10 to 15 minutes in 220 temprature, when its lite brown garnish with onions and sauce .serve hot.

Its very very tasty

Delicious healthy green garlic,cabbage and sarson sag bhujia


Ingrdients

1)green garlic fine chopped=2 serving spoon

2)sarson sag fine chopped=500gm

3)cabbage chopped=250 gm

4)dry red chillies (roughly grinded)to taste

5)salt to taste

6)musteard oil= 1rice spoon

7)dry roughly grinded roosted coriander

Method

Put oil in the krahi and keep on the flame when its steaming hot, add garlic

Stir it till light brown

Then add sarson , cabbage mirch(chili) and coriander

Stir it cover it for 1to 2 minute

when it becomes fully dry,its ready to serve

low cal yumy palak channa dal tikki or kebab

ingredients
1)boiled channa dal=1 cup
2)fine chopped palak=2 cups
3)boiled potato=1/2cup
4)very fine chopped onion=2 rice spoon
5)ginger very fine chopped=1 tea spoon
6)garlic paste 2 tea spoon
7)grated cauliflower=3 rice spoon
8)salt to taste
9)green chilli paste to taste
10)roughly grinded dry coriander = itea spoon
11)oil= 2 tea spoon
Method
mix all the ingredients very well
 make the shape of tikkies
cook it on the nonstick pan or tawa 
when it becomes crispy from bothsides serve it
with garlic green chutney

Bharwan bhindi(lady finger)

Bharwan bhindi


Ingredients

1)bhindi=300gm

2)haldi=1/2 spoon

3)green chilli paste=1 tea spoon or to taste

4)salt to taste

5)roughely grinded dry coriander=2 tea spoon

6)lemon juice=2 tea spoon

7)oil=1 serving spoon

8)capsicum fine chopped=1 serving spoon(for garnish)

9)thick curd=2 rice spoon

Method

After wash allow the bhindi to dry

In a pan or kadhai put oil and keep on the slow gas

( Meanwhile)Make a cut horizenely in the bhindi

Mix all the ingrdients (except oil and curd) and fill in the bhindi

put the bhindi in the pan on the full flame

stir it very well,then slow the gas andcover for five minutes

add curd  stir it in the full flame

then add capsicum stir it properly, put in the serving bowl

garnish with very fine chopped coriander

bhindi is ready to serve

Ingredients

1)bhindi=300gm(cut in to round shape)

2)onion slices=1 cup

3)dry mango powder= 1tea spoon

4)deghi mirch=1 tea spoon or to taste

5)salt to taste

6)roughely grinded coriander=1 tea spoon

7) oil= 1serving spoon

Method

1)Put oil in the pan and keep on the gas

2)when oil is fully hot,add bhindi and masalas

3)stir it in the full flame

4) then add onion slices in the slow gas

5)cover it for 5 minutes

6)stir it for 2 or 3 time in the full gas

Ready to serve now
