low cal yumy palak channa dal tikki or kebab

ingredients
1)boiled channa dal=1 cup
2)fine chopped palak=2 cups
3)boiled potato=1/2cup
4)very fine chopped onion=2 rice spoon
5)ginger very fine chopped=1 tea spoon
6)garlic paste 2 tea spoon
7)grated cauliflower=3 rice spoon
8)salt to taste
9)green chilli paste to taste
10)roughly grinded dry coriander = itea spoon
11)oil= 2 tea spoon
Method
mix all the ingredients very well
 make the shape of tikkies
cook it on the nonstick pan or tawa 
when it becomes crispy from bothsides serve it
with garlic green chutney
