INGRDIENTS
1)paneer=250 gm(SQUARE pieces)
2)dry coriander(rough grinded)2 spoon
3)green coriander fine chopped=2rice spoon
4)ginger fine chopped=1 spoon
5)salt to taste
6)mirch to taste
7)oil=2 spoon
8)jeera=1 spoon
METHOD
in a pan put oil and keep on the gas,then put jeera,dry coriander ,ginger,green coriander and paneer stir it then put mirch and salt stir it on the full flame for awhile, now its ready to serve.
