Ingredient
- 1)carrot=1kg
- 2) turnip=1kg
- 3) cauliflower=1kg
- Tamarind=200gm
- 5) vilnager=1cup
- 6)ginger roughly grinned=150gm
- 7) garlic Roughly grinded=1oogm
- 8) long grinned=1/2 tea spoon
- 9) cinnamon grinned=1/2 spoon
- 10) roasted grinned jeera=1 tea spoon
- 11) mustard oil=200gm
- 12) deghi mirch= to taste
- 13) salt=150gm
- 14) gurh or sugar=250gm or to taste
- 15) cardamon grinned=1/2 tea spoon
Method
1) cut the vegetables as per your choice
2) wash it and put the vegetable ln the strainer
3) sprinkle the salt on it keep a side till the water is drained
4) let it dry I'm the sunshine for 2 hour
5)soak the tamarind in vinegar and keep a side
6) put oil in the kadhai and keep on the gas
7) wh en oil is boiling hot add ginger garlic when it's light brown add march long , cinnamon, jeera stir it
8) now add tamarind and vinegar cook it till the oil comes on the side
9) now add crushed guru or sugar stir it for a while switch off the gas
1o) allow to cool down
11) mix thevegetables stir it properly
Now the pickle is ready
Keep the pickle in the sun for 2 to 4 days
Enjoy the delicious pickle
