Low cal delicious oatmeal basin snack

Low cal delicious oat meal  basin snack
Ingredients
1)1  cup=basin
2)oatmeal=1 cup
3)curd=2cup
4)garlic=8 piece
5)salt to taste
6)amchoor(dry mango)=pinch
7) water=1/2 cup
8)green mirch to taste
9)eno=1 tea spoon
For tadka
1)oil=1 rice spoon
very fine chopped basil,coriander and curry patta
Method
1)mix all the ingredients in the mixer
2)put the mixture in the greased microwave tray
3) cook it in the micro for 7 minutes
4) when it comes at the room
temperature
5)cut into pieces as u like
7)in non stick pan put oil and keep on the gas
8)add chopped basil and currypatta
9)finaly add pieces stir it till very light brown
Serve hot with green or red chutney

Delicious urd dal with apple gravy



 I keep on experimenting new recipes. In these days apples are plenty and affordable in the market. I tried urd dal with my secret recipe using apple gravy and want to share with u.
Delicious urd dal with apple gravy
1)urd dhuli dal(without skin)=1 cup
2)Apple grated=1/2 cup
3)curd=1/.2 cup
4)garlic paste=1 tea spoon
5)ginger paste=1 tea spoon
6)tomatoes chopped=1 serving spoon
7)jeera=1 tea spoon
8)curry patta=6 to 8 pattas
9)salt to taste
10)degi mirch to taste
11)turmeric=1/2 spoon
12)refined oil=1 serving spoon
For garnish
1)chopped coriander=1 spoon
2)basil very fine chopped=1 tea spoon
Method
1)grind curd and tomato, keep a side
2)put oil in the cooker and keep on the gas
3)add jeera and grinded dry coriander. Saute till light brown
.4) add grated apple ,ginger , garlic and all dry masalas,
5) then add  grinded curd tomatoes, stir it
6)then add dal with 1 cup of water
7)cook for 1 whistle
8)wait till the steam is over

9)add rosted grinded jeera  and stir it properly
10)garnish with coriander and basil
serve hot
Note u can make any vegetable with chopped apple or gravy

Delicious healthy basen and oatmeal laddoos



these laddoos are very healthy, easy to make and tasty to eat
Ingrdients
1)basen=1 cup
2)oatmeal=1 cup
3)sugar=1cup
4)green elaichi powde=1/4 teaspoon
5)ghee or olive oil=2 serving spoon
6)crushed almonde=1serving spoon
7)kashmiri kaiser=3 to4 petals
Method
1)make thick syrup of sugar and keep a side. dissolve the kaiser when the sugar syrup becomes  luke warm.
2)put oil in the kadhai and keep on the gas
3)add basen stir it till very light brown
4)add oatmeal and almonds stir it and switch off the gas
5)when its luke warm add syrup mix ,it properly

6)its ready , now u can make ladoos

Delicious garlic ginger , and fresh turmeric soup



Delicious garlic, ginger and fresh turmeric soup
this soup is very healthy in monsoon and winter, very good to protect from cold,  fresh turmeric and basil are also very useful ,so must have it
if fresh turmeric is not available can use regular turmeric
INGREDIENTS
1) garic paste=2rice spoon
2)ginger paste=1 rice spoon
3)fresh tutmeric grated=1 tea spoon
4)salt to taste
5)milk=3 cups
6)water=1 cup
7) very fine chopped coriander=1rice spoon
8)basil very fine chopped=1rice spoon
Method
1)put oil in the pan and keep on the gas
2) when its hot add garlic and ginger ,stir it
3) add tumeric again stir it
4) add water and milk
5) boil it and stir it for awhile  then switch off the gas
6)add salt
now its ready to serve
serve in the soup bowls
garnish with coriander and basil
serve hot
