ingredients
1)white channa=2 cup
2)onion=2 medium size
3)ginger10 gm
4)garlic=10 gm
5)tomatto=4medium size
6)long=4
7)moti elachi=2
8)dalchini=1inch
9)salt to taste
10)lalmirch to taste
11)grinded anardana=2 rice spoon or tea spoon (as u like)
FOR GARNISH
1)ginger fine long cutting=2 spoon
2)onion fine cutting=4 spoon
3)fine chopped coriander leaves
METHOD
SOAK THE CHANNA over night
put the channa in the preshure cooker with all the crushed ingredients except anardana with only i cup of water
keep on the gas, after 2 whistle switch of the gas,wait till the steam over,
add anardana with the channa and stir it(it should be al most dry)
put in the serving bowl ,grnish with onion, gingerand coriander and can garnish with lemon also.
serve hot with roti,kulcha,naan and wheat bread also.
