haryali mix vegitable

INGRDIENTS
1)carrot=100gm(long Cutting)
2)zimikand=100gm(long CUTTING)
3)arbi=100 gm(long cutting)
4)beans=100gm (long cutting)
5)ptato=100gm(long cuting)
6)onion=2 medium size (long cutting)
7)palak fine chopped=250 gm
8)salt to taste
9)kuti lal mirch to taste
10)dry coriander kuta=2 spoon
11)olive oil=2 spoon
12)lemon juice
method
steam all the veg (minus palak)add lal mirch ,coriander salt stir it for 2 or 3 time whenits almost ready add chopped palak stir properly switch off the gas ,put in the serving bowl add lemon juice and olive oil, stir it and serve hot.

its very good and healthy dish
