INGRDIENTS
karela(very fine chopped)=250gm
2)onion chopped=250gm
3)capcicum chopped=100gm
4)mirch to taste
5)salt to taste
6)criander dry=1 spoon
7)haldi=1 spoon
8)amchoor to taste
9)sounf=1 spoon
10)oil=1 serving spoon
METHOD
1)wash the karela and capcicums without chopped and allow to dry,then chopp and keep aside
2)in a non stick pan put oil
3)keep on the gas,when its get heated add chopped karela stir it for 5 minutes,when u see its lite brown then add onion ,haldi,mirch,amchoor,coriander and sounf, stir it properly .
4)cook in the slow gas
5)add chopped capcicums and salt stir it,again cook it for 2to 4 minutes.
6) put in the serving dish and enjoy with parantha, naan or chappati.
