low calorie yum rajmah

 Delicious Rajmah (without oil)
INGREDIENTS
1)Rajmah=2cup
2)tomatoes=5
3)ginger=1inch
 4)onions=4
5)garlic (if u eat)=1rice spoon
 6)garam masala
7)salt to taste
 8)mirch to taste
9)haldi=1spoon
 10)fine chopped coriander=1serving spoon
11)dry mathi=1rice spoon
METHOD
wash the rajmah,put into the cooker with water and keep on the gas ,grind onion Tomateo,ginger and garlic and add into the rajmah,put haldi,mirch and salt,fix the lid and wait for 1 whistle then slow the gas and cook for 30 to 40 minutes,when its cook fully add garam masala and mathi stir it serve hot with chopped coriander .its very yum

yumy garlic onion paneer

ingrdients
1)paneer small piece(square)=300 gm
2)garlic (peeled)=15 pieces
3)onion chopped=1cup
4)jeera=1 tea spoon
5)dry mathi=2 tea spoon
6)coriander coarsely grinded=1 rice spoon
8)oil=1rice spoon
9)salt to taste
10)lal deghi mirch to taste
METHOD
in a pan put oil and keep on the gas,then put jeera,when its lite brown put garlic and onion stir when its lite brown add coriander,lal mirch and paneer add mathi and salt stir it and switch off the gas,add i/2 spoon amchoor
yumy paneer is ready to serve

yumy karela bujia(bitter gourd)

INGRDIENTS
karela(very fine chopped)=250gm
2)onion chopped=250gm
3)capcicum chopped=100gm
4)mirch to taste
5)salt to taste
6)criander dry=1 spoon
7)haldi=1 spoon
8)amchoor to taste
9)sounf=1 spoon
10)oil=1 serving spoon
METHOD
1)wash the karela and capcicums without chopped and allow to dry,then chopp and keep aside
2)in a non stick pan put oil
3)keep on the gas,when its get heated add chopped karela stir it for 5 minutes,when u see its lite brown then add onion ,haldi,mirch,amchoor,coriander and sounf, stir it properly .
4)cook in the slow gas
5)add chopped capcicums and salt stir it,again cook it for 2to 4 minutes.
6) put in the serving dish and enjoy with parantha, naan or chappati.
