easy way to cook healthy Rubree

INGRDIENTS
1)pure milk=1 kg
2)bottle gourd=1/2(500gm)grated
3)cardamom(crushed)=1teaspoon
FOR GARNISH
1)PISTA very fine choped or crushed
2)almonds very fine chopped or crushed
METHOD
IN A pan or cadhai put milk and grated bottle gourd together, keep on the fire,when its boil slow the gas and wait, when its quantity is reduced to half ,switch off the gas and wait till it cools, then use the hand blender or mixer and put in the serving dish garnish with pista and almonds and keep in the freezer till chilled. serve chilled.
its very yummy and nourishing.

easy way to cook without frying koftas

INGRDIENTS
1)Boil potatto=2(medium size)
2)boiled peas=100 gm
3)boiled cauli flower=100gm
4)boiled carrot=10 0
5)brown bread=4 slice
6)salt to taste
7)garlic paste=2 tea spoon
METHOD
put all the ingrdients in the big bowl mix all the ingrdients very well and make the shape of koftas as u like then cook inthe micro for 5 to 7 minutes and keep aside.
FOR GRAVY
1)sliced onion=1cup
2)ginger chopped=2 spoon
3)tomatto chopped=1 cup
4)paneer=50 gm
5)sugar=1to 2 spoon sugar
6) salt to taste
7)degi mirch to taste
8) clov=2
9)cinnamon=small 1 piece
10)cardomom=2
11)moti elaichi=1
12)milk=1 cup
13)oil=1 spoon
14)jeera=1 spoon
METHOD
put oil in the pan ,keep on the gas ,in hot oil put all the ingrdients in the pan except salt and paneer,when its come up brown switch off the gas ,when its becomes cold grind inthe grinder with paneer and again put in the pan stir it then put milk and cook then keep aside.
NOTE
when u want to serve then heat the grvy,when its boil off the gas and put salt,then heat the koftas in the micro for a while, put in to the serving bowl and add the gravy and garnish with fine chopped corianders. serve hot

easy way to cook palak dal

INGRDIENTS
1)palak chopped=750 gm
2)moong dal (GREEN)=150 gm
3)tomatto chopped=5(medium size)
4)ginger chopped=2 spoon
5)onion chopped=1cup
6)mirch to taste
7)salt to taste
8)turmeric powder=1 tea spoon
9)dry coriander(coarse grinded)=2 spoon
FOR TADKA
10)oil =1 tea spoon
11)GARLIC very fine chopped=2 spoon
METHOD
put all the ingrdients in the pressure cooker with 1 cup of water,keep on the gas after 1 whistle slow the gas for 15 t0 20 minutes, then off the gas,wait till the pressur subsides,then in a pan put oil and garlic when its brown put in the cooker and stir properly,put in the serving bowl and serve hot.
NOTE=this is very yumy and nutrisous with very less oil and its very very healthy
