INGRDIENTS
1)lady fingers long cut=1 serving spoon
2)karela long cut=1serving spoon
3)beans long cut=1serving spon
4)arbi long cut=1 serving spoon
4) baby corn as its=1serving spoon
5)carrot long cut=1 serving spoon
6)zimikund long cut=1serving spoon
7)capcicum long cut=1serving spoon
8)salt to taste
9)mirch to taste
10)dry coriander=1 rice spoon
11)amchoor to taste
12)oil=1 rice spoon
Method
wash aall the ingrdiets before cutting,then in apan put oil 1 trice spoon, keep on the full flame gas ,wait till the oil hot, then out karela stir it for i minutethen putarbi again stir then put zimikund stir ,then put all the grdients and masalas stir and cover it on the slow gas for 2 minutes then stir again tillthe veg cooked(it should be crunchy)serve hot in serving open dish
