METHOD
beat thecurd and put into the bowl ,mix palak and salt stir it and put into the serving bowl sprinkle the kali mirch .its ready for serve(serve cold)

palak paneer
INGRDIENTS1)
1)Crushed palak=1 cup
(2)paneer cubes=1cup
3)very fine chopprd onion=1 serving spoon
1)4 milk=1/2 cup
(5)salt to taste
6)green chilli paste=to taste
7)ginger paste=1 spoon
(7)dry grinded coriander=1rice spoon
)ginger fine chooped=1spoon
9)oil= 1 rise spoon
10)tomatto puree=1serving spoon
11)grinded jeera=1 tea spoon
METOHD
put oil im the pan and keep on the gas, then add ginger, onion when its light brown put coriander and fine chopped green chilli stir it ,now add tomatto puree stir it for 1 to 2 minute then add palak , paneer and salt stit it properly, then add milk stir it and switch off the gas .serve hot .its very very tasty
