easy way to cook lajwab bhindi(lady finger) with onion

Lajwab bhindi with onion


Ingredients

1)bhindi=300gm(cut in to round shape)

2)onion slices=1 cup

3)dry mango powder= 1tea spoon

4)deghi mirch=1 tea spoon or to taste

5)salt to taste

6)roughely grinded coriander=1 tea spoon

7) oil= 1serving spoon

Method

1)Put oil in the pan and keep on the gas

2)when oil is fully hot,add bhindi and masalas

3)stir it in the full flame

4) then add onion slices in the slow gas

5)cover it for 5 minutes

6)stir it for 2 or 3 time in the full gas

Ready to serve now
