Baked nutricious samosas

Ingrdients
1)whole wheat atta=1 cup
2)olive oil=1riece spoon
3)salt to taste
4) skimed milk=1/4 cup
5)skimed curd=2 rice spoon
6)ajwain=1 tea spoon
FOR FILLING
1)Very fine chopped carrot=1serving spoon
2)Very fine chopped cauliflower=1 serving spoon
3)very fine chopped ginger=1 tea spoon
4)very fine onion=1rice spoon
5) boiled chopped potato=1 rice spoon
6) very fine capsicum=1 rice spoon
7)oil=1 tea spoon
Method
1)in a bowl put atta and oil mix it very well
2) add milk and knead it properly, keep aside
3) in a pan put oil and keep on the gas
4)add curry patta and jeera wait till very light brown
5) add allthe ingrdients and saute it for five minutes
6) now its ready to fill
7) shape the flour like samosas and fill with the vegetables
8) microwave for 3 minutes
9)then keep in the pree heated oven 180 degree for 20 minutes
And enjoy the baked low cal and nutricious samosas with green chutney

Delicious carrot raita
Ingrdients
1)Grated carrot=1 cup
2)curd=2 cup
3)fresh roughly grinded black pepper=1/2 tea spoon
4) salt to taste
5)grated ginger=1 tea spoon
For garnish
1)roosted jeera(grinded)=1 tea spoon
2) very fine chopped mint=1 tea spoon
3)grated carrot=1 tea spoon
Method
1)      Sieve or beat the curd
2)      add all the ingrdients
3)      mix it very well
4)      put in the serving bowl
5)      garnish with roosted jeera ,grated carrot and mint
6)      serve cold

nutricious spinch baby corn kebabs

Ingrdients
1)Fine chopped spinch=2 cup
2)Baby corn very fine chopped=1 cup
3)potato boiledmashed=1serving spoon
4)garlic paste=1 rice spoon
5)salt to taste
6)Lemon juice=1 rice spoon
7)roughly grinded coriander=1tea spoon
8)fresh coriander (very fine chopped)=1 rice spoon
9)rosted suji=2 rice spoon
10)oil=2 rice spoon
Method
mix all the ingrdients in the bowl(except oil)
2)mix it very well
3) make any shape u like
4) shallow fry in the nonstick pan from the both side till light brown
4)serve hot with green chutney or sauce
