Delcious almond mushroom korma
Ingredients
1)mushroom fine chopped=250 gm
2) soaked almonds(removed skin)=75gm
3)onion roughly chopped=2serving spoon
4)ginger roughly chopped=1 inch
5)dry coriander roughly grinded=1 rice spoon
6)Deghi mirch=1tea spoon or to taste
7)salt to taste
8)oil=1rice spoon
9)milk 100 gm
10)rosted grinded jeera=1rice spoon
11)for garnish fine chopped green coriander
2)very fine chopped almonds=1 serving spoon
Method

1) in a pan put oil and keep on the gas
2) add the onion and ginger
3) when its light brown switch off the gas and make the paste with the removed skin almonds
4) put I tea spoon oil in the pan add mushrooms stir it for a while, then add the paste cover for 5 minutes on the slow flame
5) add milk and wait for 2 minutes ,add all the ingredients stir properly cover it switch off the gas
6) add rosted grinded jeera, now korma is ready to serve
7) garnish with chopped coriander and almonds
