delicious baked cauliflower
Ingredients
1) cauliflower=1 medium size
2) very fine chopped onion=1 cup
3)garlic paste =1tea spoon
4) ginger paste=1 rice spoon
5) very fine chopped tomatoes=1 cup
6) jeera powder=1/2tea spoon
7) deghi mirch=1 tea spoon
8) salt to taste
9) roasted coriander powder=1 tea spoon
10) oil=1 table spoon
For garnish
1) cream=2 rice spoon
2) tomato catchup=2 rice spoon
3) chopped coriander
Method
Boil the cauliflower with salt in the pan. When its tender take of the flower , keep in the fridge for some time(10 mintus) Heat the oil in the pan, then add onion
When it's light brown add all the ingredients, stir it for 5 to 7 minute.
Fill thegobhi with masala properly with fork. bake it in the baking dish till light brown
Garnish with cream, catchup and coriander .Serve hot with nana, roti or garlic bread andrice also
