Delicious Arbi leaves roll chat
ingrdients
1)Beaten curd= 2cup with salt and pinch of sugar
2)Arbi leaves=6
3)Basin=1cup
4)Garlic paste=1 rice spoon
5)Green chilly paste to taste
6)salt to taste
7)Dry mango powder=1 tea spoon
8)roughly grinded coriander= 1rice spoon
9)roasted jeera ==1tea spoon
10)black peper roughly grinded=1tea spoon
Method
1)mix all the ingrdients( except roasted jeera, kali mirch and curd) with required water for thick spreadable paste
2)spread the paste on each leaf and make the layers and roll firmly
3) steam it for 20 minutes
4) now cut the roll into pieces
5) shallow fry in the non stick pan
6) keep all the pieces in the serving dish
7) pour the curd on it
8)garnish with roasted jeera and kali mirch
Note
It can be served with mithi tamrind and green chutney just like as in chat.
Health conscious can use steamed roll also.
