Ingredients
1)Bottlegourd chopped=500 gm
2)channa dal=100gm
3)onion roughly chopped=2(medium size)
4)peeled garlic as it is=1rice spoon
5)salt to taste
6)roosted dry coriander=1 rice spoon
For tadka
1)oil=1 tea spoon
2)jeera=1 tea spoon
3) tomatto paste=1serving spoon
4)amchoor=1 tea spoon
5)lal mirch to taste
Method
Pur all the ingredients in the cooker with 1 cup water and
keep on the gas
After one whistle slow the gas for 10 minutes.
Otherside put oil in the pan andkeep on
the gas add jeera ,when its light brown add paste, amchoor and mirch ,cook for
2 minutes
When the steam settles stir it properly and mix the tadka
properly
Put in the serving bowl
Garnish with coriander and roasted jeera
Serve hot
