Low cal Mangoe pickle
Ingrdients
1)mangoes= 2 kg(cut into pieces)
2)salt 300gm
3)lal mirch=to taste
4) sabat dry lal mirch=50 gm
5)mustard oil =150 gm

6)saunf=100 gm
7)mathas=100 gm
8)kalwanji=50 gm
9)hing=5 gm
Method
wash the manges and cut into pieces then add salt and mix well and put in the basket for some time so that all water is drained, then keep the mangoes scattered on the cotten cloth over night.
2)heat the oil in the karahi
2)add mathasw,hing
switch off the gas
4)add all the masalas
when its cold ,then add mangoes pieces ,mix it very well
fill in the glas jar and keep in the sun for four to five  days
Note=u can keep this pickle for i year or more without adding any perservatives
