low cal healthy panjiree(three in one)

Ingredients
1)Alsi=100gm
2)walnut=150gm
3)Almonds=150 gm
4)Pista=150gm
5)oliveoil=300gm
6)oatmeal=250gm
7)wheat flakes=250gm
8)jaggery=to taste
9)khaskhas=150 gm
10)roasted channa=200 gm
11)grinded cardamon=1 spoon
METHOD
WASH ALSI and allow to dry in the sun,then roast it and
grind the alsi,oat meal,wheat flaks, khaskhas ,channa and
roughly grinded almonds,pista and walnut(u can roast the dry fruit also) put in the bowl,add jaggery and oliveoil,mix all the ingredients properly.
panjiree is ready to eat.keep in the container.
Note= u can use this mixture as muesli without olive oil
2)and u can make pinni also with olive oil
its very  healthy Alsi  reduses the cholesterol level  and other ingredients very nutricious.

yumy chocolate kheer

ingrdients
1)_milk=500gm
2)chocolate sauce=1/2 cup
3)walnut=1 serving spoon
4)sugar or sugarfree= as u like
5)white rice poha=1/2 cup

method
add poha inthe boiling milk and stir it when it thickens,swtich off the gas,add rosted or as its walnut stir it and kep in the freezer for 10 minutes then pour the chocolate sauce on it and keep in the fridge .
serve chilled
NOTE=UCAN MIX THE CHOCOLATE in the kheer and can serve hot also
