nutricious vegitable soya(poha)

ingredients
1)soya granules=1cup
2)fine chopped carrot=1/2 cup
3)fine chopped beans=1serving spon
4)peas=1/2 cup
5)fine chopped simla mirch=1rice spoon
6)very fine small pieces of grilled wheat bread=4slice
7)salt to taste
8)mirch to taste
9)curry patta=4 to 6
10)lemon juice=1 rice spoon
11)oil=1 rice spoon
12)fine chopped onion=1 serving spoon
Method
in apan put oil and keepn the fire, then add curry patta, then add onion stir it and add all the ingredients accept bread atir and cover it for 4minutes then add lemon juice and put in the serving bowl add bread and serve hot
