sarso sag

Ingredients
1)sarsosag=1kg(fine chopped)
2)methi chopped=250gm
3)palk chopped=250 gm
4)ginger chopped=50 gm
5)garlic =50 gm
6)green chilly=to taste
7)sarson oil=1 table spoon
8)hing=1 pinch
9)makki atta=1/2 cup
10)salt to taste
method
wash the saags
add the saags,salt,garlic and green chillies
some water into pressure cooker after 1 whistle
cook over low heat for 1hour

mash saag with makki atta until coarsely ground and stir it
now again boil for some time till saag thick
stir again and again

for tadka
in oil add hing and ginger
mix into the saag
add 1 spoon Shaker also
now its ready to serve
health conscious eat as it is otherwise serve with ghee or butter

delicious Arbi vegetable

ingredints
1)Arbi=1/2 kg
2)onion sliced=1 cup
3)gingr garlic roughly grineded=1rice spoon
4)tomatto rouhly choped=1/2 cup
5)amchoor=1 tea spoon
6)salt=to taste
7)deghi mirch =to taste
8)coriander(dry)rouhghly grinded=1 tea spoon
9)oil=1 serving spoon
Method
1)boil the arbi and peel
2)keep pan on the gas
3)put oil
4)when its boiling hot add arbi garlic ginger paste with coriander
5)stir till light brown
6)add left all the ingredents
7)stir and cover for 5 minutes on the slow gas
now its ready to serve

delicious baked cauliflower

Ingredients 1) cauliflower=1 medium size 2) very fine chopped onion=1 cup 3)garlic paste =1tea spoon 4) ginger paste=1 rice spoon 5) very fine chopped tomatoes=1 cup 6) jeera powder=1/2tea spoon 7) deghi mirch=1 tea spoon 8) salt to taste 9) roasted coriander powder=1 tea spoon 10) oil=1 table spoon For garnish 1) cream=2 rice spoon 2) tomato catchup=2 rice spoon 3) chopped coriander Method Boil the cauliflower with salt in the pan. When its tender take of the flower , keep in the fridge for some time(10 mintus)  Heat the oil in the pan, then add onion When it's light brown add all the ingredients, stir it for 5 to 7 minute. Fill thegobhi with masala properly with fork. bake it in the baking dish till light brown Garnish with cream, catchup and coriander .Serve hot with nana, roti or garlic bread andrice also

Delicious Arbi leaves roll chat
ingrdients
1)Beaten curd= 2cup with salt and pinch of sugar
2)Arbi leaves=6
3)Basin=1cup
4)Garlic paste=1 rice spoon
5)Green chilly paste to taste
6)salt to taste
7)Dry mango powder=1 tea spoon
8)roughly grinded coriander= 1rice spoon
9)roasted jeera ==1tea spoon
10)black peper roughly grinded=1tea spoon
Method
1)mix all the ingrdients( except roasted jeera, kali mirch and curd) with required water for thick spreadable paste
2)spread the paste on each leaf and make the layers and roll firmly
3) steam it for 20 minutes
4) now cut the roll into pieces
5) shallow fry in the non stick pan
6) keep all the pieces in the serving dish
7) pour the curd on it
8)garnish with roasted jeera and kali mirch
Note
It can be served with mithi tamrind and green chutney just like as in chat.
Health conscious can use steamed roll also.
